The ramp from westbound I-285 to north and south Ga. 400 will be closed during the overnight hours through the weekend to allow work on a temporary ramp, the Georgia Department of Transportation announced.

The ramp closure is scheduled for 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly through Sunday, March 31, GDOT said. The work, “weather permitting” and subject to change, is part of the reconstruction of the I-285/Ga. 400 interchange in the top-end Perimeter area of North Fulton and DeKalb counties.

The recommended detour is for motorists to continue west on I-285, exit at Roswell Road, and re-enter I-285 eastbound back to the Ga. 400 interchange.
