Interstate 285 eastbound has re-opened following a reconstruction of a month-old fatal accident.

Traffic was backed up for two hours Sunday morning on the stretch of interstate starting at Exit 22, where Sandy Springs police were detouring all vehicles traveling east.

Jarvis Cohen, 28, died in the crash that was being reconstructed. Cohen had been involved in a separate accident and was struck and killed by another vehicle after getting out of his car.
