No one has hit the Powerball jackpot since April 21, making Wednesday's  jackpot a whopping $260 million.

One lucky winner could take a cash payout of $134 million or the full payout in 30 graduated payments over 29 years.

The drawing was held at 11 p.m. on WSB-TV. The winning numbers were 4, 9, 14, 39, 43 and the Powerball number was 38.

The Georgia Lottery says this is the ninth biggest Powerball jackpot ever. The alltime record jackpot of $365 million was awarded in February 2006 on a winning ticket sold in Nebraska.
