A 233-unit apartment complex is being built a block away from Ponce City Market in the Old Fourth Ward.
In addition to the residential units, Novel O4W will have 10,500 square feet of office space. The building, located at 525 North Avenue, is slated for completion in mid-2019.
Amenities are to include a “secure, air-conditioned bike storage room, a coffee bar with drop-in workspaces, indoor-outdoor yoga terrace, a rideshare lounge and artwork designed by local artists,” according to a press release.
Rent will start at $1,400 for studios and one-bedrooms, and $2,400 for two-bedrooms.

Crescent Communities is developing the project in partnership with State Farm and Transwestern Investment Group.
Kyle Brock, managing director with Crescent Communities, said the neighborhood is "one of the most sought-after locations in Atlanta." The property was slated in 2015 for an office building by developer Seven Oaks, but that didn't come to fruition.
"We are excited to create a community that connects with the neighborhood, with inspiring amenities and programming for both residents and neighbors to enjoy," Brock said in a statement. The developers are also building Novel Perimeter and Novel Lenox, according to the website.
Architect Dwell Design Studio designed the Novel O4W project. The project team includes civil engineering firm Kimley-Horn, landscape architect Dix.Hite + Partners, interior design by Vignette and general contractor Summit Contracting Group Inc.
