22nd annual Decatur Arts Festival
Dozens of children and their parents paraded through downtown Decatur Saturday morning to kick off the 22nd annual Decatur Arts Festival. Police estimate that about 65,000 will attend the two day arts festival with 148 booths continuing through Sunday, 11am-6pm.
