$10K Mega Millions ticket sold in Kennesaw
A Kennesaw convenience store sold a $10,000 Mega Millions ticket last week to one lucky winner.
The winning numbers in the Feb. 15 drawing were 10-38-40-43-65 and the Mega Ball was 12, the Georgia Lottery Corporation said. The person who is now $10,000 richer bought the ticket at Chevron at 3053 Cobb Parkway North.
Another ticket worth $10,000 was also purchased at Country Corner store at 693 North First Street in Jesup. The winning numbers in the Feb. 19 drawing were 17-24-34-56-65 and the Mega Ball was 3. Winners of both tickets this week claimed their prizes, the lottery corporation said.
Friday’s Mega Millions jackpot has grown since Jan. 4 and now stands at $224 million.
