An expansion of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta in Sandy Springs will close one lane of Meridian Mark Road for a year, beginning Saturday.

The closure of the northern-most lane of Meridian Mark will involve the section of the road between Johnson Ferry Road and the Glenridge Connector

A road closure over the weekend will allow the installation of a construction crane.

The hospital plans to add a fifth story to its main building, which will add 57 beds.
