Oh, the weather outside IS frightful and no, the torrential rain and flash flooding in some areas is NOT delightful. With evacuations taking place in some flooded areas, horrendous driving conditions on the Atlanta interstates and side streets and MARTA service experiencing difficulty along the North-South line, this Christmas Eve hasn't been quite so jolly for many folks.
