A group promoting economic development in southeast DeKalb County is inviting business leaders and concerned residents to a meeting Monday about their progress.

The East Metro DeKalb CID, a self-taxing community improvement district, plans to inform the community about its accomplishments and upcoming initiatives. The CID was formed in 2014 and includes more than 200 property owners as its members.

The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. on Monday at the Stonecrest Library, 3123 Klondike Road.
