President Barack Obama will return to Atlanta in June for a series of fundraisers, according to a preliminary invitation obtained by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Obama's campaign will hold a series of afternoon events June 26, the invitation said, although times and locations have yet to be announced.

Obama was last in Atlanta in March, also to raise money. He held no public events on that visit and it is not yet known if he will in June.

Vice President Joe Biden was in Atlanta this week for a foreign policy speech to a national convention of rabbis.
