Following a work session that begins at 3 p.m., the Brookhaven city council will have a meeting starting at 7 p.m., Tuesday, at Brookhaven City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road. A public hearing is included to discuss a rezoning request and ordinance amendment regarding the building of a restaurant located at 2536 Caldwell Road.
Other agenda items include: approval of a $49,996 contract for a storm water system update; a resolution to create North Fork Creek Greenway as a park; and consideration of amendment to the city’s tree ordinance. Brookhaven residents are encouraged to attend.
