Lake Kedron in Peachtree City will be closed to the public from 7 a.m. this Saturday to 7 a.m. Sunday due to filming. A spokesperson with the Fayette Development Authority declined to say which large filmmaker was filming but did say SM Film Production will be handling film production at the lake this weekend.
It is unclear whether the film is affiliatedd with Pinewood Studios which has 11 sound studios in the heart of Fayette County. But Pinewood has been the production site of Marvel hits “Ant-Man” and the “Captain America” series and is set to produce future Marvel films.
The lake will be open to the public on Friday and reopen on Sunday after 7 a.m. However, there will be no access to the boat docks at the park during those days.
