Henry County DA to ask for death penalty in quadruple homicide case

Henry County District attorney is seeking the death penalty against Jacob Cole Kosky, left, and Matthew Baker Jr. who are charged with killing four young people at a party last fall at a home in a remote part of the county.

News of the quadruple homicides last fall hit Henry County hard. The county's top law enforcer struck back Tuesday asking for the death penalty for the two defendants charged with killing four young people who'd gathered for a night of fun around a bonfire last Oct. 26. Read more here.
