Gwinnett requires adult businesses to move to industrial areas

Nov 5, 2015After a new store selling adult movies and sexual implements opened near Gwinnett Place Mall, Gwinnett commissioners voted last week to change their adult business laws.
The new law will restrict adult businesses to industrial areas of the county. All existing businesses will have to move, or ask for their store to be rezoned.
