Fulton holds public meetings on $938 million budget

Fulton County will hold a series of public meetings on its 2016 budget beginning Tuesday night in Roswell.

The Board of Commissioners will discuss the proposed $938 million budget Wednesday, but isn’t expected to approve a final budget until January. In the meantime, the public can get information and comment at a dozen upcoming meetings. Several are set for this week:

*6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the East Roswell Library, 2301 Holcomb Bridge Road.

*6:30 p.m. Thursday at St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church, 4393 Garmon Road NW, Atlanta.

*3 p.m. Friday at the Helene S. Mills Senior Multipurpose Facility, 515 Johns Wesley Dobbs Ave. NE, Atlanta.
