More than 23,000 mailers intended to tell Fulton County voters where to cast their ballots on election day ended up at the wrong addresses.

That means metro Atlanta residents received an official letter telling them where to vote that in fact sent them to the wrong location.

The error affected 8 percent of the letters Fulton County sent.

It comes on the heels of other problems this spring with precinct cards that this mailer meant to correct.
