Flashback Photos: Planning MARTA’s future 50-plus years ago
It’s taken a while (and is still ongoing), but MARTA has built its transit system (bus and rail) essentially according to the plan it established in 1968. Over 50 years later, MARTA continues working to expand in metro Atlanta. Here are some of MARTA’s ideas for the future -- all from the past.
