A revamped DeKalb County ethics website offers advice on how to handle difficult situations, answers to common questions and forms to file complaints.

The DeKalb Board of Ethics launched the website, dekalbcountyethics.org, this week as a resource for residents, government employees and contractors.

The site includes information about conflicts of interest, gifts, proper use of county property and outside employment.

It also features contact information for board members, meeting dates and minutes, the DeKalb Ethics Code, advisory opinions and officialreprimands.

DeKalb voters approved a restructuring of the Board of Ethics last year. The board then hired Ethics Officer Stacey Kalberman and has been meeting monthly to review allegations of misbehavior.
