Family reunion planners looking for ideas and help, mark your calendar for March 25.

The Clayton County Convention & Visitors Bureau is hosting its sixth family reunion showcase at the Clayton State University Student Activities Center. It is the sixth year for the free program. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. The workshop starts at 10 a.m. After the workshop, participants are able to speak with potential vendors that include hotels, attractions, T-shirt makers and photography.

“Planning a family reunion can be stressful, so we created this showcase as a way to help people through the process and get their questions answered. We want the participants to walk away with great ideas to add to their reunion,” said Tangie Carter, director of Outreach Development at the Clayton County Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Pre-registration is recommended for this event. For details and to pre-register go online to www.atlantastruesouth.com or call 678-610-4242.
