Efforts are underway to rejuvenate a part of Clayton County that could use a facelift. Organizers are working to create a second Community Improvement District in the county. The new one would encompass a 15-mile stretch around Southlake Mall and I-75. The district would be known as the Southlake 75 CID and would be home to some 1,500 area businesses that would serve as a catalyst for sprucing up the surroundings. To learn more, read here.
