Beyond the presidential race, DeKalb voters will also decide on the county's CEO, commissioners and a new city.

Tuesday's election will set the course for a county government that's struggling with corruption scandals, inaccurate water bills, bumpy roads and crime.

The ballot includes the CEO race between Democrat Mike Thurmond and Republican Jack Lovelace, a question about whether to create the city of Stonecrest and contests for the County Commission and state Legislature.
