A broken air conditioning system has led to the temporary closure of the Aldredge Health Center Monday.

The health center, at 99 Jesse Hill, Jr. Drive in Atlanta, is expected to reopen Tuesday morning.

Aldredge, built in 1961, is located across the street from Grady Health Systems Hospital and is the oldest of Fulton County's eight health centers. It has suffered from systems issues in recent years, including problems with heating and air conditioning.

Other health center locations remain open.
