Four people were killed and three others were wounded in an overnight shooting in Paterson, New Jersey, authorities said.

The seven were shot near Harrison and Carroll streets shortly after 11 p.m. Tuesday, 1010 WINS reported.

Some victims were being treated at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center, according to WABC.

Gunfire came from a vehicle that sped away from the scene, witnesses told news outlets.

The Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office said the shooting may be gang related, WINS reported.
