A Kennesaw man died on Interstate 75 after his vehicle left the roadway and overturned late Saturday night, according to Cobb County police.

Police are investigating the crash that killed 27-year-old Christopher Johnson. It happened around 11:23 p.m. Saturday near Windy Hill Road, according to police spokesman Mike Bowman.

The front seat passenger, Dana Simone, 27, of Kennesaw, who was wearing seat belts, was taken by ambulance to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital and treated for non life-threatening injuries, Bowman said.
