Joseph Oliver allegedly stabbed Joshua Oliver after a “dispute” at their home in the 9800 block of Braxley Way near Jonesboro, according to a statement from the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office.
The brothers’ father, mother and grandmother witnessed the stabbing, officials said.
Joshua Oliver was taken to Southern Regional Medical Center and was pronounced dead.
