Gwinnett police need help identifying a man who died Friday after a massive heart attack earlier in the week.
The man experienced cardiac arrest Tuesday on the side of S. Old Peachtree Road near Lou Ivy Road, according to a news release from the Gwinnett County Police Department. The man was taken to Gwinnett Medical Center – Duluth in critical condition. He died Friday around noon and his body was tuned over to the Gwinnett County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The man is 5-foot-9 and 150 to 160 pounds, with a scar on his left arm that appears to be from a previous surgery. He was wearing khaki-colored cargo shorts, a white shirt, white Nike tennis shoes and a fitted UNC cap, and purple and gold gardening gloves. Keys to a Toyota were found in his pocket.
