Gas station stickup suspect sought
The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office has released a surveillance photo as it seeks the culprit in a Tuesday night gas station robbery.
Authorities say the armed suspect took an undisclosed amount of cash from the Racetrac gas station at 1135 Ga. 92 in Acworth about 11 p.m.
Dressed in all black, the gunman was driving what appeared to be a silver Kia Spectra with heavy passenger-side damage.
Anybody with information is urged to call 911.
