A fugitive got more than he ordered at a fast food restaurant in Stone Mountain Wednesday when he was arrested and charged with 13 different crimes, police said.

Bobby Alexander Hunter was wanted for five crimes by Duluth Police and eight crimes by the Georgia State Patrol.

The 18-year-old was taken into custody at a Krystal’s restaurant off of Hwy 78 without incident, police said.

He was wanted for armed robbery, kidnapping, burglary, false imprisonment and possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime.

Hunter was wanted by the state patrol as well after fleeing from them in January.

He is also charged with felony probation violation, fleeing and eluding police, failure to yield (two counts), reckless driving, failure to obey traffic control device, failure to signal when turning or changing lanes, obstruction and passing in a no passing zone, police said.

Jaclyn Joanna Velasquez was also arrested at the Krystal’s and was charged with hindering the apprehension of a fugitive.

Hunter and Velasquez are being held at the Gwinnett County Jail, Hunter with no bond.
