If you felt the ground rumbling near Lake Lanier on Wednesday night, you weren’t alone.

Dozens of 911 callers reported seismic activity about 8:30 p.m. in northeast Forsyth County, the sheriff’s office said on Facebook. The U.S Geological Survey has confirmed a 2.2 magnitude quake northeast of Cumming with a depth of 1.1 km.

Sixty-three people reported to the Geological Survey that they felt the earthquake, with one response as far as 30 miles from the epicenter.

According to the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, no damage was reported.
