The Forsyth County Board of Ethics will meet at 10 a.m. Jan. 2 in the large conference room, Suite 210, Forsyth County Administration Building, 110 East Main St., Cumming.
Board members will conduct an investigatory review of a complaint filed by William Dunn against Assistant District Attorney Michael Mahoney.
This is the final case the ethics board will consider. The Forsyth County Commission voted in November to disband the board in favor of a tribunal composed of out-of-county attorneys.
