Delta Air Lines will hold its annual shareholders meeting this year once again in New York City. The meeting will be held 7:30 a.m. at the offices of Cravath, Swaine and Moore LLP on Eighth Ave., the company said Tuesday.

Before being moved to New York in the 1990s, the meeting had been held for years in Monroe, La., where the Atlanta-based airline started in 1927. It was held in 1995 in Atlanta to help promote the upcoming 1996 Olympic Games and was last held in Atlanta in 2005.

At midday, Delta was trading at around $14.42, a few cents off its Friday close. The stock’s 52-week high is $14.90 and its 52-week low is $8.42. Delta employs 80,000 employees worldwide and operates more than 700 aircraft.
