The eastbound lanes of I-20 in DeKalb County have reopened after being shut down for about two hours Tuesday morning for the investigation of an earlier accident.

According to the Georgia Department of Transportation, the interstate was shut down at Turner Hill Road at about 9:30 a.m., with all eastbound traffic being diverted off the highway onto Turner Hill.

The lanes reopened about 11:30 a.m.
