Floyd County police are investigating the shooting death of 26-year-old Justin Foster at the Chevy Club in Rome.
The shooting occurred sometime around 3:15 a.m. on Cave Spring Road, according to a news release.
Foster was pronounced dead at the scene at 4:08 a.m. today, Deputy Coroner Ernie Studard told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Three others were injured during the shooting spree in southern Floyd County, but officials were withholding their names pending notification of family members, police investigator Cpl. Rusty Williams said.
Williams said the victims’ injuries were non life-threatening.
He said no other details were available late Saturday.
