DA Willis: Everyone in the indictment is presumed innocent

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis began speaking at a press conference at 11:38 p.m. Monday to announce the indictments against former President Donald Trump and 19 others.

“Please remember that everyone charged in this bill of indictment is presumed innocent,” Willis said.
