A man was found dead Thursday night after a shooting at a southwest Atlanta apartment complex.

Officers were called to the Glen Abbey Apartments on Mount Gilead Road and discovered the victim shortly before 8 p.m. He had been shot multiple times, according to Atlanta police.

The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation, a police spokesman said in a statement. No suspects have been identified Friday.
