A 25-year-old woman was shot and killed early Saturday outside an Atlanta bar, police said.

The shooting was at the Anchor Down Bar and Grille on Piedmont Road, police spokeswoman Elizabeth Espy said.

The victim was Taylor Hayden of Texas, the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s office said Saturday.

Hayden was shot in the parking lot about 5 a.m., Espy said. The victim was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, where she died.

Witnesses told police that there were two groups of men shooting at each other in the parking lot, and Hayden was shot during the exchange of gunfire, Espy said.
