Woman found dead in hotel room; man detained

Authorities are investigating after a body was found in a middle Georgia hotel room, the Macon Telegraph reported.
According to Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones, the body of a 30-year-old white woman was found at an America’s Best motel.
Authorities detained a man who was inside the room after getting a call about an unresponsive woman, according to the newspaper. The man said he had just met the woman.
