Myron Hall, 29, of Dallas, Texas, was booked into the Newton County jail on reckless driving charges Wednesday, a year after the video was sent to officials via Facebook, Newton County Sheriff’s Sgt. Michael Cunningham said.

Hall was filmed by a passenger in a separate car speeding down I-20 in a black Dodge Challenger, Cunningham said.

Authorities did not say how their investigation led them to Hall.
