Two teenagers have been charged with murder after a man was fatally shot Tuesday in south DeKalb County, police said.

Carlos Renardo White, 17, and Robert Melrose, 17, were apprehended after the shooting, which was in the 3700 block of Panthersville Road, DeKalb police Maj. Stephen Fore said in an email to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The victim, whose identity has not been released, was shot in his vehicle at a BP gas station.

The suspects had met the victim to sell a laptop computer, which led to an altercation and gunfire, Fore said. Both suspects are being held at the DeKalb County jail.

DeKalb police used K9 units to track the victims.
