A teenager accused of assaulting a Clayton County teacher bonded out of jail Thursday afternoon.
According to Clayton jail records, Christopher Barlow Jr., 17, was arrested Tuesday and charged with simple battery. Clayton County Schools police arrested the teen after he allegedly attacked the woman at Mt. Zion High School.
School officials acknowledged that an incident happened on the campus near dismissal time, but they did not go into more details, Clayton schools spokeswoman Jada Dawkins said Wednesday.
According to media reports, the alleged attack happened after the teacher caught Barlow and another teen engaging in a sex act.
