A police chase ended with two arrested Wednesday evening.

Officers and deputies from three counties arrested two suspects on I-285 after a police chase Wednesday evening, authorities said.

Two suspects, who have not been identified, are accused of stealing a car and leading authorities on a chase from Coweta County to Cobb County, Channel 2 Action News reported. The chase ended on I-285 North near South Cobb Drive just before 7:45 p.m.

The incident blocked several right lanes of the interstate, according to the WSB 24-hour Traffic Center.

Atlanta and Cobb police assisted Coweta deputies in the chase, Channel 2 reported. Coweta deputies took the two people into custody, and it’s unclear what charges they will face.

About 8:30 p.m., a tow truck came to the scene to take the suspected stolen car away, the news station reported. No one was hurt during the chase and arrest.
