DeKalb County authorities are asking for the public’s help to find a man wanted in connection with a deadly shooting.

Shaulov Vladimir, 39, of Atlanta, has been identified as a suspect in the Nov. 5 death of 31-year-old Frank Moore, according to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office. Moore was fatally shot in a home on Fair Lane, which is located off Tilson Road in the Candler-McAfee area of south DeKalb.

Moore was able to speak with police officers who responded to the shooting, according to a police report obtained by AJC.com. He was shot multiple times and was lying on the floor when the first officers arrived.

“He did not know who shot him, nor did he have a description of the person who shot him,” an officer said in the report.

Other people were inside the home when Moore was shot, police said. One witness said Moore, who did not live at the Fair Lane residence, had some type of argument with another man before the man pulled out a handgun and fired shots.

Moore was taken to WellStar Atlanta Medical Center and later died. Vladimir is wanted on a charge of murder.

Anyone with information on Vladimir's whereabouts is asked to contact the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office. Tipsters can remain anonymous, and be eligible for rewards of up to $2,000, by contacting Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-8477, texting information to 274637 or visiting the Crime Stoppers website.
