A Lithonia man believed to have opened fire on two men, killing one, outside a store three months ago was arrested Friday, DeKalb County officials said.

Quinton Bentford, 30, was arrested at a bus stop on Panola Road in connection with the shooting death of Anterrance Dejuan Gresham, DeKalb sheriff’s office spokeswoman Cynthia Williams said.

Gresham, a father of five, was killed May 15 in a drive-by shooting outside Lithonia Package on Chupp Road near Covington Highway, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution previously reported. He was with his cousin, who was also shot.

Police have not released a possible motive for the shooting.

Bentford was taken to the DeKalb County jail and faces murder and aggravated assault charges.
