A woman reported that a man tried to sexually assault her in the restroom at a city park, Dunwoody police said.

The victim said the man came into the restroom at the Park at Pernoshal Court about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sgt. Robert Parsons said in a news release.

“The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to an area hospital,” Parsons said.

The five-acre park is located in the 4500 block of North Shallowford Road, according to the city’s website.

The man was described as 18 to 25 years old, about 5-foot-9, slim, and was wearing gray sweatpants, police said.
