Two men were shot Monday night in northwest Atlanta, and one of them is in critical condition.

Police said they believe the shooting happened in a parking lot at Northside Drive and 11th Street, Channel 2 Action News reported.

The victims were found when officers responded to a call of a person shot near Bocado burger restaurant in the 800 block of Howell Mill Road NW around 10 p.m. Monday evening.

Upon arriving at the scene, police found two men who were shot, one critically, Atlanta Police Department spokesman Officer Ralph Woolfolk told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The other man suffered non-life threatening injuries, police said.

No further information was immediately available.
