Katt Williams returned to police custody Wednesday, officials said.

The embattled comedian was arrested at his home for his involvement in a fight with a teenager that took place last week in Gainesville, Nicole Bailes, a spokeswoman for the Hall County Sheriff’s Office, said in an email.

Williams, 44, and Luke Wash, 17, were both charged with disorderly conduct after fighting each other at an apartment complex, Gainesville Police Sgt. Kevin Holbrook previously told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

// (function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.3"; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk')); //

He added that Wash is also charged as an adult in the case.

Williams has been booked on an arrest order for violating his conditional bond in addition to the disorderly conduct charge out of Gainesville, Bailes said.

He is being held without bond, and will see a judge for his first appearance Thursday.
