Police: Atlanta flasher prowling downtown hotels

Atlanta police say the individual depicted in the photograph is suspected of public indecency and exposing himself inside several downtown hotels. He is often seen wearing a lime green backpack while carrying a blue notebook.

July 8, 2015Atlanta police are searching for a man who has been exposing himself inside various downtown hotels.
The flasher has been particularly active in the area around Peachtree and Baker streets and is often seen wearing a lime-green backpack and toting a blue notebook, Officer Ralph Woolfolk said.
He is also a person of interest in an attempted rape, Woolfolk said.
Any information on the case can be submitted anonymously to the Crime Stoppers Atlanta tip line at 404-577-TIPS (8477), online www.crimestoppersatlanta.org or by texting CSA and the tip to CRIMES (274637). Persons do not have to identify themselves to be eligible for the reward of up to $2,000.
