Police arrest man who allegedly took upskirt photos of woman in Milton Walmart

Milton police have found and arrested a man accused of taking upskirt photos of a woman in a north Fulton Walmart.

James Barron (Fulton County Jail)

James Barron, 27, of Ellijay, was charged Friday with surreptitious recording of intimate parts, which is a felony, according to a news release by the Milton Police Department.

Barron allegedly took pictures up a woman’s skirt in the Milton Walmart located on the 5200 block of Windward Parkway on Wednesday, police said.

Police identified him a day later because a Gilmer County detective recognized Barron, who he recently arrested for the same offense. Images of Barron were allegedly captured by surveillance cameras inside the Walmart.
