Police have arrested four people in connection with a shooting at a Henry County party that left a 16-year-old girl injured.

Richard Andrew Dickerson, 20, surrendered over the weekend and was being held in the Henry jail, police Capt. Joey Smith said Monday. Authorities had been looking for him since April 26, when he was named a person of interest in the April 23 shooting.

Investigators believe Dickerson shot the girl about 11 p.m. at a pool party attended by more than 200 teens, police said. More than 70 shell casings were found at the scene along North Henry Boulevard, and one car had at least five bullet holes in it, police told Channel 2 Action News.

Before Dickerson surrendered, police already had three other people in custody. Kordion Wilson Cousins, 19, of Stockbridge, was arrested the night of the shooting on a disorderly conduct charge and a warrant out of Dooley County. Details about that warrant were not released.

Dartavious Davis, 19, and Selah Alin Morgan, 18, both of Atlanta, were arrested the same night on reckless conduct charges. Davis, who allegedly fired a gun into the air, was also charged with possession of a firearm.

The injured teen underwent at least two surgeries at Atlanta Medical Center and was in stable condition Monday, Smith said. Police have not said if they think the girl was the intended target.
