Casey Culbreth faces a DUI charges after a passenger was ejected from her van in a Hall County crash.

Two people were taken to the hospital Friday afternoon in a suspected DUI crash in Gainesville, according to the Georgia State Patrol.

Casey Culbreth, 33, of Gainesville was traveling south on Ga. 60 in her 1964 Ford Galaxie at a high rate of speed when she veered left, GSP Sgt. A.J. Allen said in an emailed statement.

Culbreth’s car went off the road, into a ditch and overturned, Allen said. Passenger Michael Martin, 30, of Gainesville was ejected from vehicle.

Martin and Culbreth were taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, Allen said. Martin is listed in critical condition.

Culbreth is listed in serious condition. She faces DUI, failure to maintain lane and serious injury by vehicle charges.

No other details were released.
